Apart from facilitating adventure, Canadian Snowmobile
operates a film and commercial division dubbed “Canadian
Mountain Productions”
or “CMP”. With backcountry expertise inherent
to our occupation, assisting the film community with mountain
logistics and locations work has been a natural step for
CSA. We take pride in the multi-faceted service we provide.
CMP has made its mark
in British Columbia’s film community; we are a primary
resource for film support in the coastal mountain range,
and backcountry locales throughout the Province. Our services
include transport,
camera rigging, stunt work and everything
in-between. By Collaborating with production teams from
around the globe, we have had the opportunity to assist
on jobs spanning from major motion pictures, to high profile
catalogue shoots, to small time film making endeavors.
Whistler being one of the film community’s favorite
spots to visit, our exclusive access to Whistler and Blackcomb
mountains has been a catalyst for opportunity and exposure
for our team of professionals.

With the 2010 Olympics fast approaching,
we feel that we have the opportunity to play a major role
in both promotional and coverage based film initiatives.
A very exciting time for Canadian Snowmobile!
Events such as the Telus Ski and Snowboard
Festival, GMC Race Series,
and the Nokia FIS World Cup have
repeatedly called upon us to move their athletes and organizers.
Apart from the commercial/industrial side of the film industry,
CMP provides logistical
support for athletes and personnel at many
events in Whistler. Often times, our guides providing assistance
in shuttling athletes for competition purposes. Our exposure
at these and other events is substantial. Our logos, guides
and machinery are often on camera and in the spotlight
with the athletes. CSA has remained a trusted name for
event logistics in Whistler for over 10 years.
